Green focused on contributing with the bat and was pleased to score some runs. He admitted that his form had been off in the first three matches, but he sets high standards for himself and strives to contribute to the team every time he plays. Green enjoyed the banter with the crowd and expressed gratitude for his experience in Barbados. He noted that the team was playing good cricket but acknowledged that a few fielding mistakes, including four dropped catches by him, had impacted their performance. Despite this, Green was keen to bounce back and perform well.

Rovman Powell and Chris Green stepped up in the final overs, scoring 71 runs together. Tabraiz Shamsi took 3/26 for St Lucia Kings, while Khary Pierre and Delano Potgieter took one wicket each.
After the loss of five wickets, Tim David and Delano Potgieter stepped up in an effort to stabilize the innings, but they too fell victim to the relentless opposition bowlers. The Saint Lucia Kings struggled to relieve the mounting pressure, which allowed the Royals to seize the opportunity and collect more wickets. Daniel Sams and Ramon Simmonds each claimed three wickets, while Chris Green contributed with two, and Warrican added one to the tally.
What an incredible innings we just experienced! A round of applause is due for the bowling unit of Barbados Royals. While the batting department deserves ample praise for posting a staggering score of 191 runs, enabling the bowlers to adopt an aggressive strategy. From the second over of the inning, the wickets began to fall at an alarming rate, exerting immense pressure on the incoming batters.
