Early Life

Born into a modest family in Hyderabad, Siraj’s father drove an auto-rickshaw and his mother was a homemaker. He started bowling with a tennis ball at 16 and played his first proper club match at 19—where he took 9 wickets. His raw talent was undeniable, and it paved the way for his domestic debut.

Domestic Career

Siraj made his first-class debut for Hyderabad in 2015. In the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy, he was Hyderabad’s top wicket-taker with 41 wickets at an average below 19.
